What is PoolSpotter?

PoolSpotter finds pool service leads your competitors don’t have. It uses public records and satellite imagery to find the pool homes in your metro area, flags permits, home sales, code violations, and vacation rentals, then turns them into routes for your team.

Where do the leads come from?

County property records and satellite and aerial imagery show which homes have a pool. Permitting websites and other publicly available records add the reasons to reach out: recently sold homes, new construction, new pool and remodel permits, green-pool code violations, vacation rentals, and absentee or seasonal owners.

How often are new leads added?

PoolSpotter adds new leads as counties and cities publish new records, so timing depends on each source. Our About page lists where each lead type comes from. You can also turn on daily or weekly emails in the app to hear about new leads in your area.

How does the route builder work?

Pick the lead types you want, like recent home sales or new construction, then sort by score or home value. PoolSpotter builds an efficient route so your team can hang flyers or knock on doors.

Can I send routes to my team?

Yes. Share any route as a crew link by text or email. Your crew opens it on any phone with no login, gets turn-by-turn directions and logs each visit, and the outcomes save to your account.

What counts as a market?

A market is a metro area we cover, like Tampa Bay or Orlando. The ZIP check on the map on our home page shows which market your ZIP code falls in.

How do I get started?

Join the waitlist with your email address. Everyone on the list gets their first month of PoolSpotter free, and we’ll email you when your membership is ready to start.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There’s no contract. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing in the app, or email support@poolspotter.com, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
