Where the Leads Come From
Every lead is a home with a pool, found in county property records, pool permits or satellite and aerial imagery. Here’s what each lead type means, updated as counties publish new records.
Recently soldNew owner of a pool home. Buyers rarely keep the previous owner’s pool service, so reach them in their first few months.
New constructionNew home with a pool. A new pool needs startup chemistry and weekly service from the first month.
PermitsPool work on permit: a new pool, a remodel or resurfacing. Offer startup and weekly service once the work is done.
Code violationsAn open code case about the pool, like a green pool or a barrier problem. Offer a cleanup, then regular service.
Vacation rentalsPool home run as a vacation rental. The pool has to be guest-ready between stays, often twice a week.

We open a market only when its records are good enough to route: county records or satellite and aerial imagery that show 1,000+ pools, at least three lead types with 100+ leads (recently sold among them), and home values on 75%+ of leads. Markets that fall short stay closed until they pass.
