We use county property records and aerial photos to find the homes with a pool. Permits, home sales, code cases and rental licenses tell you why each one is worth a visit, and we update them as each county posts new records.

Yes. Export it from Skimmer, Jobber, QuickBooks Online or Excel and upload it under Existing customers. They show in green on the map, and PoolSpotter builds a route through the leads near them. It works during the free trial too.

We cover 40 metros in 13 states and D.C., including Florida, Texas and Arizona. Every Membership includes all of them, and the Markets page has the full list.

Membership is $49 a month, or $441 if you pay for the year, which works out to 3 months free. That covers every market and every lead type. Extra users are $10 a month each, and there are no per-lead fees.

Yes, there’s no contract. You can cancel in the app under Settings or email support@poolspotter.com, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. Text your crew a route link and they can open it on any phone without logging in. They get turn-by-turn directions and can log each stop, and it all saves to your account.
