Hand-offs

When you win a customer, download one file for your service software

PoolSpotter covers everything before the first service visit. When a homeowner signs, download a ready-to-import file and nobody types them in twice.

Hand-offs come with Pro, $79 a month

A ready-to-import file for the software you already use

Skimmer, Pool Brain, PayThePoolMan, Jobber and QuickBooks each get a file laid out for their own customer import

PoolSpotter isn’t affiliated with these companies. The names are their owners’ trademarks.

Everything you learned, in the columns your software reads

The name and phone you took down, the address, the pool, the monthly price you quoted and your notes from the door. Each file is laid out for that software’s own customer import.

Three steps and it’s done

  1. 01

    Mark the home Won

From the pipeline or the home itself. Your won customers wait in one list until you export them.

  2. 02

    Pick your software

Choose it once and PoolSpotter remembers. One tap downloads the file for everyone who’s waiting.

  3. 03

    Import it on your side

Open your service software’s customer import and pick the file. Each home is marked as handed off, so nobody goes in twice.

We stay on our side of the fence

PoolSpotter doesn’t schedule service, log chemicals, dispatch techs or send invoices, and that’s on purpose. Keep the software you already run your routes and billing on. We find the homes and help you win them. Your service software takes it from there.

Skimmer, Pool Brain, PayThePoolMan, Jobber and QuickBooks are trademarks of their owners. PoolSpotter isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them. A hand-off is a file you import yourself, not a connection between the two.

Common questions

What pool company owners ask us most

PoolSpotter finds the pool homes in your area and tells you which ones are worth a knock right now, like new owners, new pools, permits, code cases and vacation rentals. Then it keeps track of every home you work, from the first knock to a signed customer.

We use county property records and aerial photos to find the homes with a pool. Permits, home sales, code cases and rental licenses tell you why each one is worth a visit, and we update them as each county posts new records.

We cover 40 markets in 13 states and D.C., most of them in Florida, Texas and Arizona. Both plans include all of them, and the Markets page has the full list.

Basic is $59 a month for one user. Pro is $79 a month and adds 3 users or crews, the print studio, mailing lists and the import files for your service software, with extra users at $10 a month each. Pay for the year and you get 3 months free. There are no per-lead fees.

Yes, keep it. PoolSpotter covers everything before the first service visit. It doesn’t schedule service, log chemicals or send invoices. When a home signs, Pro gives you a ready-to-import file for Skimmer, Pool Brain, PayThePoolMan, Jobber or QuickBooks so nobody types it in twice.

The trial shows recently sold homes and new construction, with no downloads. You can log visits, set next steps and build your pipeline from day one. Basic and Pro open every lead type.

Yes, there’s no contract. You can cancel in the app under Settings or email support@poolspotter.com, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
