Leads

Every pool home in your market, scored for this week

PoolSpotter finds the homes with a pool from county records and aerial photos, then tells you which ones changed lately and are worth a knock now

14 days free with recently sold and new construction leads, then from $59 a month, cancel anytime

A score from 1 to 99 on every home

The score weighs the home’s value, how sure we are about the pool and what changed there lately. A sale six weeks ago or an open pool permit moves a home up the list.

Every lead comes with a reason to knock

We tag each pool home with what changed there, so you’ve got something real to say at the door. A home can have more than one.

  • Recently sold

New owners rarely keep the old owner’s pool service, so reach them in their first few months

    In the free trial

  • New construction

A new home with a new pool that needs startup chemistry and weekly service from the first month

    In the free trial

  • Pool permits

A new pool, remodel or resurfacing on permit, which needs startup and weekly service once the work is done

  • Code cases

An open code case about the pool, like a green pool or a barrier problem, where a cleanup can turn into regular service

  • Vacation rentals

Pool homes run as vacation rentals, where the pool has to be guest ready between stays, often twice a week

  • Absentee owners

The owner lives somewhere else, often in a second or seasonal home, so offer weekly service with a photo after each visit

  • Equipment work

Pool heater, pump and electrical permits, in the cities that publish them

Which lead types a market has depends on what its counties publish. Each market page lists them.

Some pools only show up from the air

About 1 in 5 pool homes in PoolSpotter isn’t marked as a pool in any county record we use. We found them by checking aerial photos, lot by lot.

    New leads come to you

Pick daily or weekly and the new and changed leads in your markets land in your inbox, best first. Every Monday you also get a short report on last week’s new records in your market.

  • Your customers

The homes you already service stay off your list

Import the customer list you export from Skimmer, Jobber, QuickBooks Online or Excel, up to 50,000 at a time. Your customers show in green on the map and stay out of your leads.

  • Door knocking

    Knock the best ones first

Pull up the pool homes around a customer you already have, build a route through the best ones and text it to your crew.

Common questions

What pool company owners ask us most

PoolSpotter finds the pool homes in your area and tells you which ones are worth a knock right now, like new owners, new pools, permits, code cases and vacation rentals. Then it keeps track of every home you work, from the first knock to a signed customer.

We use county property records and aerial photos to find the homes with a pool. Permits, home sales, code cases and rental licenses tell you why each one is worth a visit, and we update them as each county posts new records.

We cover 40 markets in 13 states and D.C., most of them in Florida, Texas and Arizona. Both plans include all of them, and the Markets page has the full list.

Basic is $59 a month for one user. Pro is $79 a month and adds 3 users or crews, the print studio, mailing lists and the import files for your service software, with extra users at $10 a month each. Pay for the year and you get 3 months free. There are no per-lead fees.

Yes, keep it. PoolSpotter covers everything before the first service visit. It doesn’t schedule service, log chemicals or send invoices. When a home signs, Pro gives you a ready-to-import file for Skimmer, Pool Brain, PayThePoolMan, Jobber or QuickBooks so nobody types it in twice.

The trial shows recently sold homes and new construction, with no downloads. You can log visits, set next steps and build your pipeline from day one. Basic and Pro open every lead type.

Yes, there’s no contract. You can cancel in the app under Settings or email support@poolspotter.com, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
